Well, both the English and Swedish versions refer to “corner training” so I can only presume it’s correct! I have contacts in Sweden so will try to find out ..... and let you all know!
Can anyone enlighten me as to what “corner training” is? While browsing the website of a Swedish gundog equipment/supplies company I found dummies that were good for “corner training” .. I’ve never come across the term.

Teach the "hold" (and "dead" or "give" or whatever your release word is) as a separate exercise ... you can do this from the comfort of your armchair! Then back chain (join) it to the retrieve.
The colours "red" or "fox red" are out of standard! The only colours that can be registered according to the breed standard are yellow, black or chocolate/liver. Technically a "fox red" is dark yellow.
