I would be more than happy to humiliate the individual, but they do that themselves without any help from third parties
Pup is on acme silent, shit bag is on 210.5
A friend of mine used to have a 210.5 and an Acme Thunderer, he used to use the 210.5 all the time and the Thunderer as an emergency whistle for when it was ignoring him. If the dog heard a mighty blast it either stopped or was run down and reminded. Instead of click and treat it was blast and b*ll**k.
In life, it is important to know when to stop arguing with people and simply let them be wrong.

But do/will you ever work them together as a brace? I'd be whistling dixy having to remember which whistle was which.

Happy to plead guilty.
In the days when I had spaniels/lab, I only used a single whistle. I still use that same original whistle, a 211 1/2. Its end is nicely gnawed from when I had teeth.
When I upgraded to an HPR (controversial all of a sudden) I decided to us a 'silent' whistle as the command to flush from the point.
This was precisely so as to NOT cause confusion rather than using the same whistle for all commands.
As the whistles are so structurally different, it is really no nightmare! Simples.
Unlikely to work the pair at the same time, way this pup hunts, like its mother I will need all of my breath to keep my heart from racing out of my throat for extra oxygen !
I am also growing longer finger nails for extra grip, and just ordered a nice shiny new pair of running spikes for when we get on game

Ah but ... you're not hunting more than one dog together, all trained to different whistles.
